•Domestic orders can take approximately 6-8 BUSINESS DAYS to be processed and shipped.  HOLIDAYS EXCLUDED: Please read below.
•ORDERS PLACED DURING THE HOLIDAYS CAN TAKE APPROXIMATELY 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS AND SHIP DUE TO A HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS.  OUR TEAM WILL CONTINUE TO DO OUR BEST TO ENSURE YOUR PACKAGE IS SHIPPED AS PROMPTLY AS POSSIBLE.  ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION.

•Unfortunately, we do not process any orders by phone. All orders must be placed directly on our online website.

•USPS time frame for delivery in the USA is approximately 6-8 business days.  Orders placed during the Holidays can take extra time to process due to a high volume of orders.  We appreciate your patience at this time!  * Please See Question #1*
•We offer express shipping taking from 3-4 business days. We will do our best to ship your package to you as soon as possible.

•You can track your order by visiting www.USPS.com
•Enter your tracking number in the search field (Please be advised: a tracking number is only sent to your email address once we have prepared your package for shipment and delivery).
•Please allow .24-36 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the www.USPS.com site from the time you receive your tracking information email from our team.

•Should you not receive your package, please contact our team at hello@lorettabh.com to assist you in locating your order.

•International Shipping Fees: Are calculated at check out and depend on the package weight and size.
•International delivery time frame is approximately 2-5 weeks business days (Holidays & Weekends Excluded).
•All International Orders are Final Sale. International Taxes & Duties: You will be charged, and we will be collecting upfront for applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties at checkout.
Note: In particular occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

•Once your package has left the U.S you are unable to track the package. The last tracking information you will be updated with is a sorting facility within the U.S. This is an indication that your package is with the Customs Department in your country.

•All orders placed within 25 business days; we ask for your patience as your package is on its way to you.

HOW LONG BEFORE I SEE A CREDIT IN MY ACCOUNT?
•You will receive an email from our team indicating your refund has been successfully processed once the refund has been submitted.
•Once you receive the email, please allow 2-10 business days for the credit to be applied back into your bank account.

THE RETURN POLICY SAYS 15 DAYS, BUT IS THAT FROM THE DATE I PLACE MY ORDER OR FROM THE DAY I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE? •The 15-day period begins from the date of delivery (the day you receive your package).

•Since we do our best to ensure you will receive your package as promptly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been successfully placed.

•Email us! We love hearing from our customers! Our Customer Service Team is available to answer any questions and inquiries you may have via email Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) PST. Please allow up to 48 hours (not including weekends) for a response.
•Emailing about an Order – Please included Order Number (if available), First and Last Name provided to place order, and email address used to place order.
•Emailing about a Return/Refund- Please include Tracking Number for return package, Order Number, First and Last Name and Email Address used to place order.

•Yes, items placed with a discount code applied at checkout cannot be returned.
•Included items that are Final Sale are: Bodysuits, Swimwear, Shoes, and Intimates.

•LCBH no longer processes exchanges, however, we are more than happy to process a return for you. Should you wish to select a different item, please place a new order online and we will ship your package to you as promptly as possible.
•Please visit our Returns page located at the bottom of our website for Return information and our policy.

•Since we do our best to ship packages as promptly as possible, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been successfully placed and processed.  
•Domestic orders can take approximately 6-7 BUSINESS DAYS to be processed and shipped.  HOLIDAYS EXCLUDED: Please read below.
•International orders can take approximately 2-5 weeks business days (Holidays & Weekends Excluded) to be received as your package will need to be handled and passed through your country's Customs.
